Dispute resolution: –

Jurisdiction: –

The term of use are governed by and to be interpreted with laws of India. In the event of any dispute arising in relation to these Term of use is subject to jurisdiction of court at Pune, India.

Miscellaneous: –  

You will also insure that you are in compliance with bank offers terms and conditions included in the services. Most current version on the terms are applicable
